At The Baby Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you and your little one are happy with every purchase.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items cannot be returned
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, color, or different products. To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
