Shipping Policy

At The Baby Shop, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and charges.

Free Delivery Across Sri Lanka

We offer free island-wide delivery on all orders over Rs 5,000. For orders under Rs 5,000, a flat delivery fee of Rs 350 applies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Colombo & Suburbs (including Rajagiriya): 1-2 business days
• Western Province: 2-3 business days
• Kandy, Galle, Gampaha (Metro Areas): 3-4 business days
• Other Districts: 4-6 business days

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka. Our delivery partners include top courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp (if provided) or email. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or within 7 days of dispatch for lost packages). We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
